The federal high court in Abuja adjourned on Monday until December 21st to hear pending applications in a suit filed by the 36 state governors against the federal government over the $418 million Paris club refund.
The suit was filed by the 36 state governors against the federal government, the AGF, and others over plans to deduct funds accruing to them from the federation account to settle a $418 million judgment debt related to the Paris Club Refund.

The matter was adjourned by the judge after counsel for the parties argued the plaintiff’s (36 state governors) application for an interlocutory injunction.
